Our next project is an ex Dept of Housing 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom weatherboard cottage in Mount Pritchard.

The property sits in the middle of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by similar style homes and enjoys views to the east all the way to Liverpool.

We modernised the home by opening up the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Installing a brand new kitchen with modern appliances. Completely redesigning the bathroom and adding an expansive deck out the back for entertaining.

 

This combined with a fresh coat of paint inside and out, new flooring and landscaping, turned this tired old ugly duckling into a lovely and desirable home.
